Give Notice Anytime — Four Weeks’ Notice Required
Last Month’s Rent = Your Final 4 Weeks
Your Last Month’s Rent covers the final four weekly rental periods after notice is given.
Additional Invoice Card Notice. An itemized invoice still unpaid seven days after it is sent may be charged to the saved card on or after the date stated in the notice. You may pay early, arrange another method, or dispute it before that date.
Service & Repairs Included. If your unit has a normal mechanical failure, we’ll repair or replace it within 72 business hours.
Water leak? Stop using the washer, turn off both water valves and report it ASAP.
